Sustainability is vastly important in the wine industry. We believe, in order to better care for our beloved world, we must focus on the environmental impact as it pertains to the beverage industry – from water usage in the winery to reduction of waste in the restaurant, every action we take matters. To go a step further, we purchase carbon offsets to reduce the carbon footprint of video streaming to better ensure our courses are even more sustainable.
